of architectural fgures of the Achaemenidae and the Barok ages. Audience moveable seats are set in three story balcony.
Also there is VIP station allocated in front of the Stage on second balcony.
This hall as an independent organization used to have particular credits which were ratifed as a governmental budget before Islamic revolution and was indirectly operated
under the government’s support. The hall’s frst manager was “Hamed Rohani” and after him “Abedin Zanganeh” became in charge. Opera artistic group and ballet used to perform annually in this hall. In 1980, the hall renamed as “Vahdat hall” and went under supervision of Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Art and was frequently allocated for special program performance, speech, seminar
and prideful plays.
In 2000, Islamic parliament allowed the government to integrate Roudaki hall and Azadi cultural complex to Roodaki Cultural and Artistic institute as a public non-govern-
mental institute under the supervision of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. In that year, this issue was imparted to Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance according to a missive from Mohammad Khatami.
